i'm a girl so i do not know much about repairing a vehicle. i recently bought a 1990 dodge ramcharger and i wrecked it driving home in the rain. the front end was damaged and i had to get a new fender, hood, bumper, grill, and radiator which ended up being pretty easy to get on/off. i needed an alignment so i went to get one done and they said that they couldn't do it because they needed a special tool to fix my balljoints first, and it was a very expensive tool that they did not own. they said that the balljoints weren't even touching on the passenger side and i should not drive my truck at all. is there anyone out there who can help me? what tools/parts do i need to repair/replace my balljoints so i can get an alignment and fix this darn truck?
