what do i need to record games without a Video recorder?

isn't it something called a capture card and a dazzle? can anyone give me links to buy all the stuff i need to record game play from my ps3/xbox 360 and i will also need an editing thing where you can move the camera around, or stitch lots of game play footage in the same video. thanks
