What do I need to know to sell electronics at Best Buy?

Hello there, just recently I turned sixteen and I have been thinking about getting a job for a while. After vacillating between Radio Shack and Best Buy, I of course chose Best Buy. (: I want to work as a electronic sales person, and yes I do know how to handle a computer, probably more then the average person would. I know the basics for any electronic item, but I would like to know more about tvs, computers, camcorders, and cameras. Basically anything that would be sold at Best Buy. I want to be able to help a person choose something that is exactly what they want.
 
From my experience as a customer there, the key skills are: how to ignore customers, how to insult the customers who you can't ignore, and be able to goof off.
