What do I need to do to tune my car? Honda 1995 Civic...?

I added a stainless steel exhaust system and a cold air intake to my car. Is there anything I need to do to change the air fuel mixture? Is there anything else that should be done after those two things are replaced? This question is from my fiance. I know NOTHING about cars lol
