What do i need to do to open my own dance competition studio?

I recently started college and want to focus on opening my own dance studio but also be able to have it know as a business where various dance students may compete at such as
Dance USA,
SHARP International ect.
I dont know where to exactly start, what to do, who to go to, and what specific classes and/or certificates and/or degrees i might need?
