What do I need to do to my Pontiac 350 engine if I wanted to bolt on a Dyer's blower?

I have a Pontiac 350 that's going into my 67 Lemans and I was wondering if I needed to modify anything if I put on a blower, ie. change to lower compression pistons, get better intakes, change out cams or crankshaft.

Any kind of help is appreciated.
