What do I need to do to make my fish tank healthy?

I have a 60 gallon tank with a big filter 3 air lines, 2 are leading to small bubble stones while the other runs to a long big bubble stone. I only have a couple fish. I have a oscar, 2 pacu, and 2 algae eaters. I do admit I might feed them a little too much. When I do feed them I use tropical flakes that bring out their color and I also feed them shrimp pellets. The water is cloudy, almost a reddish color. The algae eater waste stays on the bottom. Sometimes my oscar goes after the 2 pacu. What do I need to do to fix everything?
 
what kind of algae eater and all of the fish are big waste producers i would think that is the cause of the cloudiness...and maybe overfeeding...
