Game: Galaxy Angel. Countless copes, this time finally got one that was good. Or so I thought. I learned a while back how to spot garbage. All comments for this copy said good. Many others say problems and won't work.
What I get is, well, the exe runs fine. Ok. But it shows non-english. I mean specifically, ASCII characters and ??????? in everything. Even if I can pick the right buttons, the path line uses the Yen symbol instead of slash, and it won't install anyway. This is not the only game for this. You just can't read it. It would be one thing to be able to read it and it don't work but it's just ascii garbage.
Do I need to install more languages? Japanese is in already. What can I do? It's the same for everything. I mean too, it's hard enough to find "anyghing" in the first place. I have been looking for some stuff for years.
