...home business in CA? I'm starting up a home business - sorta like gift basket - and I wanted to include candy and crackers with my product. I would be buying them bulk (alreday packaged) and storing them in my home. I plan to sell my "gift baskets" online and possibly to retail stores. I'm not sure what I need to do to legally make this happen. I think this may not be allowed in CA, so I don't know if there are any loopholes around it or what kind of liscensing I need or how to get it?
