what do i need to do and/or have to get on a military base?

my fiance is in a military hospital in Oklahoma suffering from brain cancer and i want to be with him, only thing is...

- I'm canadian
- Not legally married to him
- The base is on high alert after receiving 2 threats last month and I don't know when the threat will be gone.


Is it possible to get on base even with everyone being on high alert? How long will everyone be on high alert? Would someone with a ranking of a colonel or higher be able to get me into the base easier / faster than a private or corporal?
 
If there is a Red Cross message from him requesting you to be there, then he speaks to the hospital then they might be able to get you a temporary pass that way to get on base.
 
Contact the guys commander, if he/she knows you you will have a better chance. Otherwise, you might be out of luck.

The military tends to brush off "girlfriends".
