what do I need to bore a yamaha blaster 200 to make it 240?

I have a 2004 yamaha blaster and I want to bore it to 240cc and what do I need to make that happen .....and if u live in portland OR where can I do that cheep?
 
I Googled it (you could have, too). You buy the kit shown in the link below, then follow the instructions contained therein. Looks like the new cylinder and head are part of the kit, so no boring necessary.

Generally I don't like doing other people's research for them unless I think I'm gonna learn something myself - which I did, in this case. Thanks.
 
if you do if yourself..which will be kinda a crappy bore but it works, you can use a blade type hone with a drill... you also need a dial bore gauge to measure the progress, if you dont know how to use it. its in your best intrest to pay someone to do it. If you really want to DIY get a Yamaha Service manual, it will give you a few pictures that will get you threw the measuring of it. once you get the correct measurment your will me ready to go.
