What you need to do is head down to your local electronics store (major) retailer and ask for a USB TV Tuner.
This is the exact thing you need to watch TV on your laptop. You will also need to read the system requirements on the side of the box to make sure that your laptop is capable of working perfectly with the USB tuner.
Also you may need to do some research to see what would probably work best with your laptop and what type of antenna you will probably need to buy to make sure you have decent reception and can watch and receive a decent picture.
No good going to all that trouble if the picture quality is hazy and/or blurry.
