are you doing a one time event like a fundraiser or trying to start your own carwash business? my answer would be a little different depending...but heres a middle of the row answer, hope it helps.
set up stations.......vacuum.....wash.....wheels......dry....you might have to move the cars though. or have people assigned to do certain things, and you can park the car once and have to people move from car to car. but you dont want to use the same towels on the wheels as the windows, it will just help you keep your towels cleaner longer if you have one for just windows, one for just wheels...
