what do i have? should i go to the doctor first thing in the morning? yeast or UTI.?

ok so it started just yesterday a little bit burn but no harm, today is like killing me..
my pee is foggy looking
pain when i pee it feels like soreness like if i would to hold my pee for a long period time that it feels so painful..and starting to burn when i pee.
it kinda smells bad
i had been drinking lots of water and it hurts alot
