What do I have? (Illness)?

For the past week or so, I have been sick. I doubt this is your usual 24-hour flu. My stomach hurts when I urinate, I have aches all over, my ears hurt when I yawn, and just in general, I have a off-on fever, and a pounding headache. I want to know if anyone has some useful insight. Am I just being over-reactive? Should I see a doctor?
