I don't know what to get him! Maybe some new gear to ride in, or a neck brace. I was thinking about a pressure washer, but I don't know a good one... Any advise?
What do I get him? 28 years old, loves his dirt bike, trail riding and me.?

The pressure washer sounds like a good idea.
I`m not sure what brands you get - but if you can Karcher (or Kaercher) is one of the top brands over here in Europe.
You could also package this as a 'gift certificate" in a bucket, with a sponge and some soap - and offer to 'clean the bike together' and have some wet fun (throwing water at one another etc.) ...
you`ll never know where that leads.. although you could guess
