What do i do in playstation network set-up when it says DNS problem?

Ive just spent the last two days trying to set-up my ps3 network. I finally thought i had it completed when i founf my DNS code in my computer. But still when i try to connect it says their is a DNS problem.

Can anybody tell me what to do , please im pulling my hair out trying to get connected.

oh and im not to good with technology so in a dumbed down way please.
