When i bought my jeep liberty, they didnt give me a spare key or car mats . I had to bug them every day for a month. They kept telling me that they had to order it or that it was on its way. My fiance went to the jeep dealer and told them that he was going to return the car if they didnt give us the mats and the spare key sooner and they finally gave me some mats. When we asked for the spare key they said they would call us when it came in. They never called. everytime we went to the dealer they would tell us they would call and they never did. I dont think they even ordered it. It has been already a year and I called them again and they said they couldnt give it to us anymore because it has been so long already. Clearly we are not at fault. they are the ones that kept us waiting. Cerritos dodge chrysler jeep dealer already has bad reviews online.. is there anything we can do about this?
What do I do if the jeep dealer wont give me a spare key?
