hello, t-mobile is charging me for a $900.00 bill for an account that i never opened. the account was opened in a different city very far away from my city, under my name, but the user had a different name. it was open for about 4 years without me ever knowing about it, until this person decided not to pay the bill. now they are after me. is there any legal action that i can take? i have the cell number and the person's name. HELP!!
