What do I do? I think I will have to take my Landlord to Court!?

Well I don't know if it's the Landlord, I should say the management company. I have called the corporate office to complain on the Property Managers and leasing agents, but no one is helping.

Basically, I have a pest issue. I have these drain/sewage problems that are not visible to the eye (b/c it lies in the walls), but it is causing a severe issue of drain flies (they are like gnats but a little bigger). The situation is only getting worse and these ghetto folks in the leasing office (and the senior property manager in the Corp. office) pretty much won't do anything to fix the issue. I have told them I will call an expert myself, and I have even asked them to move me to another apartment. But no one follows up with me, they just look around in my apt and say "well I don't see nothing. I don't know where they coming from" then tell me to call somebody else. I dont know what to do! This is going on a year now, and I am waisting money paying rent here. I can't move, this is the cheapest place in DC that is not ghetto (well the neighborhood isn't ghetto). They are in my bathtub, my sinks, on the walls, everywhere! I can't hav company, they are flying around my head constantly, they are on the stove so I can't cook! Some even managed to get in my fridge! I really need advice. Do I have a case?

You must always advise the management company or landlord in writing and in some cases registering the letter lends credibility to your complaint and proves that the letter was received by the property owner/manager.
If you feel that this is a health issue I would suggest contacting the local health department to validate and act on your complaint.
The health dept will probably force the owner to remedy the problem and or prosecute on your behalf.
Good luck,
