I been hungry and i eat enough, healthy enough through out the day. I eat breakfast, snacks, lunch, dinner. But i am getting hungry how do avoid or stop this.
Today i ate
Banana with low fat milk ( and don't recommend me skim cause i don't like it)
some candy below 100 calories ( i went bad in that but didn't eat much)
Orange as lunch
Went home and ate a Chicken SandWish with Cucumbers some salt and lemon
Then i just ate as a snack Grapes
But i feel hungry.
Been feeling hungry over my first weeks in changing my eating habits. I only drink water which was the easiest thing to do.
Oh i run in the morning for an hour 5x a week.
Trying to lose 50 pounds in 10 months!
I weigh 190 and 5'7 I am a girl btw!
Any help appreciated.
Don't tell me diets i won't go on one i will eat healthy and lose my weight healthy!
