What do I do, about my samsung behold?

ok heres the deal, i have a samsung behold and over the last few months i have been charging it on my comp because when it runs out of battery i just turn it on and it will turn on for a second and go to the loading screen, but its REALLY out of battery like it wont even turn on at all and my charger is very finiky it wont charge unless its a certain way so i tried fixing it and like messing with it still didnt work so i am stuck i dont know what to do any suggestions AND NO I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO TO TMOBILE
