what do i do about my job?

i work in a nursing home,i am a housekeeper.i hear and see alot of things that should not be,i love all the residents and it breaks my heart to see the neglect and abuse.it is not professional there.the cna's and nurses play and laugh,if you tell the administrator,nothing is done.i love my job and residents,but what can i do to get things done or enforced?

look in the phone book for the area agency on aging. You can call them without giving your name and they will look into it. Be exact, think out what you need to tell them and don't get off the subject.

I use to be a CNA and was in the same spot as you. I have people follow me to my car with bats - finally I had to leave for my own safety. But I gave my name, don't do that.
