I go to a day camp about 40 minutes away from my home. This year I am going to be a counselor at the camp. My mom doesn't like driving me everyday to camp, because it is so far. The last couple of years, I have stayed with friends for a few days of the week of the camp, so my mom wouldn't have to drive me every day. But this year, my closest friend is going to a sleepaway camp. The other friend I usually stay with doesn't really talk to me anymore, because we have drifted apart. And my other friend's dad is kind of creepy. What do I do? I would rather just have my mom drive me, but it's hard for her. But I don't like staying at a friend's house, because it is awkward and uncomfortable.
