what do high school coaches look for in pitchers during baseball tryouts?

I'm not going to brag about what pitches i can throw or how "fast" i can throw them. what specifically do the coaches look for? do they look more towards the pitcher's speed/accuracy? or do they look at the types of pitches the person can throw?
 
They make sure you can locate more than two pitches. If you can throw 90MPH in high school but can't locate you will not be successful. They see if you have the right mechanics and know your position. Also they see if your pitches have movement. But also stamina and endurance help a lot. Also can you field your position.
