W woljj5400 New member Apr 30, 2010 #1 the national weather service put us in a slight risk area for sever storms today. we are in northeast iowa. they kept saying it depends on the cloud cover. its been cloudy most of the day. what does this have to do with sever storms, i.e. tornados.
