What Did You Think Of The Mentally Challenged 18-Year-Old Who Got 100 Years

In Prison For Sex Abuse? Over in Texas, eighteen year old man who has a 47 IQ, who never learned to read or write and doesn't speak properly, was sentenced to 100 years in prison for fondling a six year old neighbor.

I personally think prison is not the answer for someone like this. I think he should be under mental evaluation until doctors believe he is able to be out.

Prison does seem harsh. What's the alternative? He can't be free. Where do we put such a person?

If he's so ill equipped for society, then there'll never be a place for him outside.

If i was on that jury, There would be a snow balls chance in hell that I would find him Guilty if Jail was the only option...

He needs a group home or a clinical setting, they are going to kill this poor kid in Jail!
