What did you think about the gay rant last night on the oscars?

It really bothered me that he was telling kids it's ok to be promiscuous with any person, male or female, that you feel like! regardless of your religious beliefs, you've got to admit - that's really wrong.
 
Wow, I heard a guy crying because he wanted equal rights and because he clearly grew up in a family/environment where it was not ok for him to be gay. Then he told kids that it was ok for them to be gay probably because no one ever did that for him as a teen. Basically everything he said was supportive and kind. Where the hell are you getting your ideas from? That was hardly a rant, what you posted was a rant and an unjustified one at that.
 
Your take on this strikes me as very strange. That's not what I heard at all.

no he saying its ok to love who you want no matter what other people think and everyone should have equal rights he was saying gays should be able to marry who they love and i agree there was nothing wrong with what he said. but he should of not used the oscars to do it. god will love us all equaly no matter what and no im not gay.
 
What he was saying was that we should be accepting and tolerant of other people's lifestyles. He wasn't saying we should have some sort of orgy. Anyone who thinks that has a dirty mind.

Don't try to shame people based on narrow minded beliefs. Jesus never judged, so why should we?
