Lots of stuff.

- Moon Phase Complete Collection
- Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Complete Collection
and the first two volume of Welcome to the NHK (manga).

Now I'm broke.
 
I would really like to pick up that Hunter X Hunter set for myself. Its just too bad that I'm saving up my money for the BTAS complete collection, first.

I would also consider the Black Lagoon season 1 set, if it weren't for the fact that I already own volume 1 of the series on DVD.
 
I finally picked up the 2nd season of Ah! My Goddess. Proally gonna pick up RE: Degeneration too even though I havent heard great things about it. And finally, the 2nd season of School Rurable is out, thats def going on my wish list.

If you really like it, I'd say you should double-dip and get the set anyway.

Typically shouldn't do a blind buy like this at this time, but after seeing the complete series of Kaleido Star used for $12 at FYE, I decided to go and get it. I heard good things about it, and I was actually planning on trying it next, anyway. Getting 26 episodes for under $15, too, was just icing on the cake.
 
Oh, my bad, I thought he was listing what he BOUGHT!

In which case, that's an amazing budget lol. I doubt he bought all of that though.
 
just listing so that people know what's coming up. my expenditures on anime and manga have decreased significantly as various titles slow down or conclude. good thing too, as i'll need the bank for college.
 
Well, I did buy Gurren Lagann subbed volume 1, but it's going right the hell back to Best Buy in the morning as it refused to play properly on three different dvd players. *aims one-fingered salute in Bandai's general direction* Just for that if I get a refund I'm using it to buy something from Funi or ADV . . .
 
Count me in for the Bandai anger:

The Girl who Lept Through Time L.E. (disc 2 had some goo on it, couldn't remove it, not about to put it in my DVD player)

Well, took the one Gurren Lagann set back and they gave me another copy, I got lucky this time and both discs worked. And since I was in a garabling mood I picked up the second volume too . . . it looks like it's working as well, though the second disc gets some vibrations. It's not as bad the second disc of the set I took back; that one vibrated so much that you couldn't hear the audio over the buzz/dull roar of the dvd player.

*waits for vol. 3 to show up at her Best Buy* Haven't seen it yet, and I'm not paying 26 bucks for it at amazon . . .

Basically finishing up the geneon releases I've never quite gotten around to buying before they disappear. Good time to do so as well, since there's not really much to buy this month, save for HxH, which I ordered last month. Already picked up El hazard the wanderers, the 2 hajime no ippo boxsets and tenchi universe, so this should do it.

Is Mushi-shi any good? Looked somewhat interesting...
