What did Obama say that he was going to do for teachers?

He advocated something, what was it? Will teacher salaries be increasing? I'd love to become one but I also need to support my wife and kids and live in a home in a nice town where my kids would be receiving proper education
 
the only thing i heard about teacher is he said they need to go though a retraining, and if they don't measure up their out. good luck.
 
the only thing I heard was that we need to treat our teachers better - which is basically saying he's doing nothingwhat a surprise! how about some of that incentive money for teacher salaries?
