What day of my cycle should i start taking vitex? (agnus castus)?
I just bought a bottle of vitex as i heard it can help with shortening the menstrual cycle, balance hormones and aid conception.

im currently on day 12 of my 35 (average) day cycle.
any success with vitex stories id like to hear them
