On a 98 dodge neon DOHC how much PSI should the compression be reading as?
I just replaced the head gasket during a cylinder head rebuild and I got 122, 120, 115, 120. The block is oem stock.
when checking compression you want to see them all about the same pressure so if you get say a reading of 100 100 60 100 then you know 60 is bad..
should be even pressure thru out cylinder higher the better anythingover 100 ok 150 or more great your looking for one that is lower than rest
