What cultures celebrate April Fool's Day? (non-Americans, please)?

I was talking to my Egyptian friend and was surprised to learn that AFD exists in her culture, too. I was wondering if it maybe is a universal holiday. Anyone out there from a culture other than American or Egyptian: Do you celebrate AFD in your country?
 
It's not a holiday in Australia but people will quite often do a prank on the morning of that day.

One year a radio station said there were a load of dolphins on the beach but when they got there the station had put Dolphin torches there (Dolphin is a brand name). I don't think most of the people that went there thought it was very funny.
