Basically, any felonies, which you said you have none, so that is good. Theft, in particular of drugs, and any drug crimes in general, in particular narcotics. The DUI might indicate negligance, but since it was a long time ago and I am hoping only one, it will probably be overlooked. The possession, if it was marijuana, not a big deal, if not, I don't know. Battery, if it's not a felony, it doesn't matter.
