YOU don't go to court to request for your friend. Your friend needs to go to your local social services office and ask what to do...but it's family court, and your friend will need a lawyer. If he is found to be the father, will he be willing to give up about 25% of his salary for 18 years to support this child, or is he better off not knowing, since the woman obviously doesn't want anything to do with him?
