what courses in highschool should i take if im interested in writing, nursing, and art?

i'm a really good student and can take on a lot, but i'm also involved in sports and i don't want to be too overwhelmed. what courses do you recommend for me to take leading to some careers in those subjects?
 
For writing, take journalism or creative writing (in addition to English classes).

For nursing, take biology and chemistry.

For art, take whatever art courses interest you and will fit into your schedule.
 
Well your English and Science Classes will help for Writing and Nursing.
Elective Suggestions:
Art classes
Film Lit.
Journalism
Communications
extra science classes
peer tutoring in science, English, or art

And even if your school only requires 2-3yrs. of science go for all four in the long run it will help you and colleges will see you put in the extra effort.
