I have a sony vaio laptop that's nearly 2 years old and things have been fine until recently. I tutor a little girl and go straight to class right after I'm finished. Well, one day, I was stupid and wasn't thinking and while I was tutoring, I left my laptop on in my car and didn't use it during class, so by the time I got back home, my laptop had been running without any source of power for 6 hrs. I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't come on. I called sony and they said that it was the motherboard and that it would cost me $400 to get it fixed. I didn't wanna believe it, so I said no. After a hrs of charging it, it finally came on. I shut it down that night and the next day, I was going to get on it, but it was doing the same thing as the day before. (I'd hear the fan start up but it would turn right off. The blue lighting at the bottom would come on and go right off) this time, it lasted for 2 days. Now, it's a common thing. This past weekend, my laptop wouldn't come on for 3 days. sry for the long story, but i wanted to include every detail so you could figure it out better. Thanks in advance to everyone
