What could make a 1989 Ford F150 shake when you're going down a hill when

the brakes are pushed? Could it be the rotor?

Warped rotors would shake whenever you push the brakes. It could also be a tie rod end.

it very well could be the rotors and a few other front end parts if you feel the shaking on your foot when u r pressin the brakes its the rotors for sure if the brake pedal is not pushing back at u its something else tie rod ends etc.
