OKAY ITS ME..

...(owned it for 7 yrs now)? I ran out of gas a few years ago and i noticed it putt just a little bit and over the years it has gotten worst. So now it has gotten to the point it won't pick up speed it takes it hesitates when trying to take off and stalls,going up a hill puts a lot of strain on my car and the RPM goes up to 3 and 4 and it has this fowl smell from the tail pipe like a rubber smell or something by the time i park it at home. Can someone please tell me what the problem might be? Thanks So Much.
