What could I have? I'm freaking out!

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me. A few weeks ago I performed oral on my boyfriend. I didn't use a protection dam. About a few days ago my mother made seafood and I accidentally poked a few of my gums with a crab shell when trying to open them with my teeth. Now, I have 4 canker sores: 2 on my tongue (1 cut), 1 inside my lip (grew in size), and 1 under my tongue.

My throat now burns every time food touches it. It hurts to chew as well. Because of this I've only consumed water and tea since Sunday (started Monday). Today I noticed one canker sore on my throat near my tonsils and maybe another one developing (I'm not sure)...

Does anybody know what could be wrong with me?
 
jtaime34: It could be an allergic reaction. Why don't you go get a throat culture to make sure it's nothing serious. Have you done oral on your boyfriend before without anything happening? If so, then it's probably some type of reaction from the seafood.
