I was in the car at the time of a beating, i sat in the front passenger seat.
2 people fought.
The guy that was beating him up took his wallet. He later told me to throw the wallet away.
I threw it away.
Now the Guy that got beat up said, I didnt do anything at all.
They are charging me for, "Party to a crime"
In your Opinion, Do you think I will be put in the detention center for this? Will i do any "time" at all ? Community Service?

No they asked where the wallet was, i told them the exact street where i thre it.
They asked did they fight i said yes. I thought i didnt do anything so i confessed. I had nothing to hide.
