I am feeling scared that I just finished spinal fusion surgery, hoping for no more low back and leg pain. After the 8th week, I started physiotherapy with chiropractic using electrical vibrations. Since then, more on the right leg, the nerve (from thigh to knee) is very painful during sleeping and sitting. And to reduce the pain I have to walk!!! Just walking caused me more low back pain. Beside pain in the nerve that goes from the thigh to the smallest toe. my sergeon didnt comment.
I will back to physiotherapy and hydrotherapy on Sunday, but wont allow to use electrical vibrations.
Do you have similar experience? What did you do? Did it work or not? Is there any hope to be painless in the near future?
How long did you use Lyrica?
How long did you need to back to normal life activity? What should be avoided?
Will I be able to do some exercises to prevent future failures?
Your advice is value to me.
