He is 67 and gets around ok, even works part time but is constantly eating. He is not overweight and we can't figure out where it is all going and why he has to eat every hour and a half to two hours. Could it be low blood sugar or thyroid problem? He eats all day long and even gets up in the middle of the night and eats 1 to 2 bowls of cereal. He went on a short day trip with us awhile back and took a grocery bag full of food with him even though we would only be gone a few hours. It's not all healthy food, either. He his diet consists of a lot of meat, popcorn, peanuts, cereal, raisin bread, hot cocoa and cookies. If he's not eating, he's in the bathroom. Trying to do some research to help him out, as he is under the assumption that going to a doctor to find out is too costly at this time.
