I was out playing softball about a week in a half ago, and I had a collision with the first baseman when I landed on my right arm a little weird. It tingled a little bit but no severe pain. When I went back out into the field I went to throw the ball home and all of a sudden when I let go of the ball my arm gave out, where i experienced a lot of pain. After that I couldn't lift the bat or swing. I thought the pain was in my elbow but since then I have not been able to put hardly any weight on my arm without severe pain, It seems to be in my forearm, when should i be concerened about having a tear in a ligament as oppose to a simple strain?
