Lots of things can cause a vehicle not to start.In your case,with having a blown head gasket.I'd replace your spark plugs.Probably no good from burnt coolant.

...fixed it. Now the truck won't? start. I adjusted the timming. Its turning over just will not start.
Yes we did a full tune up and oil change. All was checked for warpage. Yes I purposly adjusted the timing.

when you say "adjusted" do you mean that you purposely adjusted it correctly? or was it an accidental adjustment?

Who did the work? Were the heads and block measured for warpage? Have you checked to see if the car is getting gas, spark, compression?
