what could be wrong with me

I went to bed sunday night fine woke up monday morning with adominal cramps wich progressed as the morning went on to diarrhea, aches and pains mainly in the legs and a fever of 38.6 it was a hot day and im shivering under a doona i have been sleeping of and on since today is wed the diarrhea has eased although the head aches and pains have not eased i also feel very nausea and weak should i be concerned and go see a doctor
