What could be the reason?? No Period..But a negative test..Answers Please! :o)?

My partner & I decided its time for me to come off my pill (cilest) last month i stopped taking it on the 24th August and my period was due on the 25th September....No period! i took a pregnancy test on the 28th September and it was negative...but here we are on the 2nd October and i still have no period haven't had any period pains which i normally get very bad! Could this be my cycle changing back to normal or could there still be a chance of pregnancy? is this normal after stopping the contraceptive pill? please give me answers, advice and help will be much appreciated
 
it could just be your body trying to regulate after the medicine has stopped. i would try taking another test in a couple days they have some cheap ones at the dollar stores if your in the us that way your not spending a ton of money on wasted tests. good luck!
 
it could be just a change in your cycle since the hormones are all out of whack from getting off the pill. id take another test just to be sure. it might have been too soon and not enough hcg was in your urine when you took the previous test.
