what could be the problem with my truck 2000 ford expedition?

First let me start off with this my truck has been leaking water threw the window shield/ weather strip and water has been getting in the dash or somewhere and shorting out my radio and just causing alot of mess with my wipers and all so anyhow it killed my battery and i jump started it, i let it idol for awhile drove it around and as i was pulling up to my house it started makeing a funny noise under nieth the truck like something was hitting and it just made a loud sound like something busted or poped so i emediately turned the truck off ,then try to start it agian and it would do nothing i turned the key and the lights turn on but it dont turn over or even make a ny noise like it wants to turn over?????? what do u think any thing is a big help thank you
