What could be the problem with my bike if when i bull back on the throttle it doesnt...

...pass gas? Like when i pull it all the way back it feels like its not passing gas or only a little. then when i release it a little it takes off. what could be the problem?
dam, not only did i miss spell it i put it in the wrong section i was talking about my motorcycle by the way, lol
