What could be making my 1994 Toyota Camry V4 is idle rough?

I have a 1994 toyota Camry 4cy and 2 days ago i noticed while i was driving and i stop it would start rumbling and i pulled over and saw the air intake hose was cracked. I ordered and changed it a couple of days later. Now it is rumbling during idle and i can hear a hissing sound coming around the throttle block. Any ideas what and how to check this.
